I'm using "Quoted Printable" under that setting.This seems to work for all
east asian character sets, as including utf8. You then don't get the
character set conflict - better tell Ben to change his faq.

Paul Blay wrote that bit. Anyway using "quoted-printable" means no-one else can post proper followups to you, because the usual quotation mechanism stops working.
