Insulting one of our native speakers of Japanese is not likely to gain
you many admirers.

I'm not so sure of that, he could probably pick up some admirers if he
insulted Cindy.

Add to that the terms that you use, like telling us
your "instructions" instead of "my requests", "my requirements", and
other similar gaffes and you may not get much beyond what you've already
gotten.

Yes, Ray does seem to be an awfully demanding fellow. The problem with these
newsgroups is that they often don't provide neat answers to questions. What
do other people think? Do questioners have a right to demand good answers
from a newsgroup?

I think not. If you get them, hooray, you're lucky. If not, well, you get
what you pay for.

The usual advice to people new to specific newsgroups is to learn a
little about the group before barging in with guns blazing. Google
makes this much easier than it used to be.

I'm not so sure about that. Even if Ray had searched Google for the last two
months he wouldn't have found much by Cindy, and he'd have to go back about
ten years to find the "muchan's stoned English" threads in which muchan told
us he wasn't going to try to correct his English.
