These two expressions of ,,,,,に and ,,,,,,で are too difficult to
explain by each appropriate English translation.

On the other hand the problem here is not so much in the different
nuances of the two as in the diction (usages) only.

In higher level, what chance is explaing in his post
comparing the two example sentences is the delicate difference,
I think.
