i get the first two sentences, it's the "sono akushitsuna keiei furi de" part of the next one
that makes my head explode.

It's mostly straight foward given the typical dictionary definitions.
Just note that で is by.
振り is ぶり not ふり
振り 【ぶり】 (suf) (1) style; manner; (2) after (period of time) again (e.g., meeting again after a year); (P)
(in this case (1).

「話を続けます、で、小宮が部屋に行き、ドアに体あたりしたら、バキーッとはずれて」
「ドアの鍵が？」

as for the first line, what is BAKII referring to?

バキーッ is the sound made.

as for the third line, i'm not really sure what "waku no tomegane no hou" means.

枠 = frame
留め金 is more tricky, possibly the "receiver" end of door bolt ?

Incidentally the Edict entry isn't very complete.

その分だと今私が書いてるこのくらいの日本語でも、バッチリというところ
じゃないですか。
Paulさんの解説もなかなか要をえてると思いました。

ところで「留め金」の解釈は「何をどう留めているか」によって　clasp,
fastner だったり、　hook, latch　だったり、　いっそのことlock (simple lock)
と表現したほうがよかったりしますね。
