A lot of people say "eye-keah".
Of course! I know I've heard it that way, and even if I hadn't I should
have been able to guess it.
I resist the "eye-keah", for no other reason than it makes me
uncomfortable. It feels a bit like "eye-rack", "eye-ran" and
"ay-rab". (I'm sure there is something ironical about this.)
