Awwwww, c'mon.... How do you know the mistake wasn't deliberate to draw
attention away from any possible errors in that translation?
That would have been clever of me, but actually I have been careful to
write "who's"--even when it looked odd--in the belief that I learned
that "whose" was an erroneous spelling. I see Webster's Ninth
Collegiate supports only "whose," not even listing "who's," so I think
I'll go back.
I've been known to write "your's", and there's a concerted effort
amongst certain people to stomp on me whenever I write "no-one"....
Speaking of the translation, it occurred to me after spending like 4
hours and 13 minutes rendering it....
*ouch* That's going way beyond the call of duty. I'd sort-of assumed
you'd run it off while waiting for the kettle to boil, or something.
It'd probably have taken me longer because I don't know the subject
matter.
