I used the past form of the expression a couple of days ago thanking

いつものとおりいろいろお世話になりました。

As always, you have provided considerable assistance and kindness.

お世話 is a term used when someone has provided assistance and has shown
kindness in doing so while going through some trouble. It is used very
often in business especially when wanting to humbly thank a person or
organization for support, service, and/or assistance as YOU apparently has
provided to so and so from Kimera Crew.

So, the phrase:
『いつもお世話になっております、キメラ・クルーの◯◯ですが』
Could be translated as:
"You've always been very good to us, this is So-and-so from Kimera Crew,
and...

You'll recall we had a long discussion on 『◯◯』 a few weeks ago.

The final が is a softener to prepare the person being spoken to for a
request. It means 'but' literally; however, it sounds more idiomatic
translating it as "and..."
