浴びとかない

まぁ、たまには太陽浴びとかないとね・・・。
青空の下での食事もまた格別ですから。

YOU's talking about a BBQ party he had with some of his friends, and i
get pretty much the entire post, except that darn abitokanai part...
well, i guess mostly the tokanai part. is it all one verb, abitoku, and
if so what does it mean? is it two seperate words, and if so, seriously
what does it mean? am i completely off the mark?
