You can also write the following with pretty much the same meaning.

そう書いてください。
Please write that. (lit. in that way)

The second having an _adverbial_ そう.

It should be readily apparent that それっぽく is the adverbial equivalent of それっぽい so
それっぽく書いてください。

is just a vaguer (or '-ish') version of
そう書いてください。
