Hello. Im trying to hunt down the original Japanese version of this

Apparently, its poem 21 from book 10 of the Eihei Dogen. Does anyone
know if this is true and is the original Kanji out there? Many thanks
for any leads! :)

I would suggest you go to the Soto Zen site and send and e-mail. There's a
button at the top that says mail. If you click on it you get a form in
Japanese. I'm assuming you know Japanese since you're asking for Kanji of
an old literary work. So, it should be fairly explanatory. You insert
your name, e-mail address, snail mail address, telephone number and
question in the five blocks in that order. When you're finished, you
click on the button on the bottom left of the form to send. The URL is:

They do have a search capability and extensive links. I tried searching on
永平広録 (Eihei Kouroku) putting in some of the parameters from the article,
but I could not find the poem in question. The links were two numerous for
me to wade through.
