Help with some translations...

I've been attempting rather unsuccessfully to translate a manga. There
have been a few lines that have been especially confusing and I was
hoping for a bit of assistance:

1)
アレは一体何でしょうか!?
Are wa ittai nan desu ka!?

I think the above romanji is correct, but I'm wondering how ittai fits
into the picture. Does it describe nan or Are or something else? So I
think the translation is "What is that thing over there?" but it's
really only a guess.

2)
オマエら全員アレみる!!!
Omae ra zenin are miru!!!
All of you look over there!!!

Here most of it made sense but I'm just wondering what the ra is in
there for.

Any insight is appreciated. Thanks in advance.
