I've long since upgraded to ROT26.

Me, too. ROT13 was originally used to cover up offensive material from
people who might be offende. I don't post offensive jokes so, at present,
ROT26 works just fine. However, if the usenet community starts objecting
to unfunny jokes, I may have to downgrade back to ROT13. (笑)
