Ben Bullock曰く、
This is regarding a submission to Jim Breen's dictionaries.
I'm interested in gathering opinions about the following points:
1) Is "zurakaru" a slang word?
Without any formal argument either way, I would tend to think so.
2) Would "avoid detection after doing something wrong" be a good translation
of it?
I am aware of at least three nuances.
1) Run away; flee
2) Particularly flee after doing something wrong
3) Leave school (or work?) early
I'm only guessing, but zura is probably づら (面).
