While I also like to have fun with tattoo requests, I wouldn't make fun of someone in a serious situation like this either - assuming it is a genuine request.
Posting private details on the web is probably not a brilliant idea, but I imagine the poster is pretty desperate for some evidence or clues to back up his suspicions. Suggesting he just ask his wife doesn't seem like a very practical suggestion to me.
