Do you know anyone called Leon? That is who all the hearts were directed at. Looks like he worked at a store somewhere (was he her manicurist?).

On 20th September they went to an adult toy store together, and she wished she could have stayed there longer.
She met Leon several times in December, received a sweater from him on 19th, and got her last hug of the year from him on his birthday on 31st December.
She met him again on 29th April.

I can't see anything more conclusive than that though, so you'll have to decide for yourself exactly how intimate or otherwise these meetings and phonecalls were. While on the one hand, a visit to an adult shop is hardly "innocent", the overall impression I get from the entries is almost that they were written by a teenager infatuated with someone at school. If this guy is no longer an issue, then it might be best to give her the benefit of the doubt and consign this all to history.
