Example sentence

I have an example sentence and i wonder if it is
formulated correctly. Please dissect it.
I want my japanese friend not to speak english.
a) 日本の友達に、英語を話さな くて ほしいです。
b) 日本の友達に、英語を話さな いで ほしいです。
c) 日本の友達に、英語を話さなくてほしい でござる。
Which of them is/are correct? My guess is (a) and (c).
Additionally, i have this wondering about でござる. In
元気, there's a list where です→でござる. In that case,
i wonder what だ should be extra modestified to and
what would でございます be extra modestification to.
