Hm. Danny's already an expert on "fighting talk". One of the first things he
learnt to say was "nan da koitsu". As far as me teaching him words, I'd be
quite happy if I got him to say "nincompoop". Two days ago I tried to teach
him the word "screwdriver". After that I was doing something else and he
started talking about his "super kids", and then his "super kit". I didn't
understand what he was talking about but I was distracted at the time. I
didn't work out for quite some time why he was nattering on about "boku no
super kit" but it turned out to be the screwdriver.
As far as vocabulary is concerned, my conversations with my daughter usually
seem to contain at least one of the words "zurui", "kusai" and "baka" as
well as "baka jiijii" "baka yarou me" etc.
Another kindred spirit. I've only seen a couple of episodes of "Hutari wa
Pretty Cure Splash Star" but I could recommend many other anime series
where all the above words proliferate. (笑)
