Is there any way to obtain Japanese transcriptions of the dialog of

At least for major feature films (including anime), the Japanese DVDs
have Japanese subtitles, usually with kanji and furigana. I've never
bought Japanese DVD releases of television anime or OAVs.

Ah, thanks. I wonder if that would work for me, though. I guess with a
lot of pausing because I'd need to look up most vocabulary, at least
first. Probably I'd end up copying the subtitles by hand, which would be
a good exercise anyway.

If you are abke to get anime with Japanese subtitles to improve your
vocabulary, I would recommend you play it on a computer. If you need to
look up a word, you can use an online dictionary to look up the word and
take notes as you see fit.
