The way the Japanese use "onegaishimasu" is similar to the way English
speakers use "please" (to me). The "nanitozo" is more like emphasis
to "onegaishimasu" as "nanitozo onegaishimasu" or "nanitozo yoroshiku
onegai itashimasu". Therefore, the English equivalent for "nanitozo"
is "pretty" as "pretty please". So, what is better replacement for
"pretty"? Do you have any idea?

"Pretty please" can only be used in limited contexts, and only in
speech. Generally putting extra emphasis into "please" in spoken
language has to be done either with tone of voice, body language, etc.
or by using other words and phrases.

For written language, there are all sorts of devices:
"I would be very pleased if you could ...."
"It would be really helpful if you were able to..."
etc. etc.
