in this sort of case, try say "NEXT TIME HE BECOMES RUDE TO YOU,
WE KILL HIM'. That'll be absolutely cute.
Ha! And I'll gurgle "That's cute! That's absolutely cute!" with my last blood-frothed gasp.
I can make Spanish speakers smile in my limited Spanish.
Pues, venga! Vamos a reirnos. No lo tomemos en serio.
I am so disappointed when they tell me I have no sense of humor.
It's killing me.
Less of this talk of killing, please! You worry me!
Until you took me seriously when I joked with you about 「失礼してよろし い」I always thought you had a good sense of humour and I'm sure you do, really. It's just that humour, as Phil says, can be very culture-specific. At the same time, though, it can be totally universal and cut through cultural differences like a knife through butter!
De todas formas, vamos a pasar de historias y pasarlo bien! I ain't gonna say nothing make ya feel bad, ain't no big deal.
John
