Wrong kana for the UI sound of Wiki.

If you're referring to the characters on the globe, they are:

ウィ

This is consistent with how Wikipedia is written in the Japanese pages:

ウィキペディア

Sorry. I take that back. I found a large picture of the globe where I can
clearly see all the writing. The katakana is クィ and not ウィ as I had
originally thought.

Although the English W and the Korean 위 start Wikipedia and 위키백과
respectively,

Wow! Korean, too?

other letters such as the Arabic ي or the Greek Ω are not
the starting letters of ويكيبيديا or Βικιπαίδεια respectively.
They are
the ending letters of their alphabets. However, I don't think that's the
pattern either - It wouldn't explain the Russian and the Chinese among
others.

Note: To see all the letters and characters, you have to use UTF-encoding
and use a font such as Arial Unicode that can display them.
