Has anyone tried this? With what results?
No miracles, but it was helpful to repeat it. I suffered (and still do)
from a severe shortage of people to talk to in Japanese.
Thank you. I want to hang on grammatically. I don't care if I speak
like a knucklehead.
In your heart, you know you care. There isn't anything more frustrating
than finding out that you come across as an idiot or lunatic just
because you can't express yourself properly.

How about when you express yourself so well that people immediately
realize that you ARE a knucklehead?

I've found that my poor language skills don't stop people in Japan from
quickly realizing that.
