I've never seen such screwy English on Eijiro before. The Japanese
explanation is:

〔いつでも馬を貸してくれそうに話す人のこと。自分が実際には所有していないものや、他人の所有するものに関しては、非常に気前の良い話しかたをする人
は必ずいるという意味〕

The following short definitions for 太っ腹 say it means "generous".

I think it's trying to say something like "People are very generous
with things they have never owned..."? (In other words, those tax and
spend liberals! Haha ;-)

Does anyone know of any fitting English sayings that Eijiro should be
using?
