Glenn Maynard, most likely correctly, warned us this post was a troll.
I think everyone here on slj is too polite. The poster
xxwhateverstringofdigits is clearly a close encounter of the kook
kind. Please note the evidence :
1. an unusual theory counter to all actual current understanding that
he defends against all other's reasonable correction of his mistakes.
2. the use of frequent capitalisations to stress his points
3. the use of abuse towards others and general air of superiority in
his chosen field despite looking like a complete idiot.
I'm sorry to have crossposted regarding the dropping of 'no' in
Japanese names.
Again, apologies for disturbing the general air of tranquility here.
Maybe, I should get me some Zen ;-)
However, even though the premise that started this thread was flawed,
writing systems are fascinating and an appropriate topic for this
newsgroup. If the original post was a troll, turning the thread into a
serious discussion might cause the troller to rethink his or her ways. If
the original post was a serious hypothesis, the rigorous discussion in this
thread would enable the poster to correct the fallacies in the original
premise.
