much like my friend who's in psych residency. always gets the crazies trying to hit her (yep, hit, not hit on). good thing she's got crutches to keep them away before the orderlies come to help her out.
that said, a lot of it is understandable. they're in a poor position, poor quality of life, maybe even poor mental health, and it sucks being in a bed all day long.
but one thing is true - get out of the field before you breakdown, if that's ever a thought. lots of other things you can do w/o having to deal with patients....
