The transliteration is off. Could you give us some more information about
the source and/or the context. My guess is that it says something to the
effect:
kawaisou ainiku ne
Poor thing - isn't that a pity!
Can't do it. Not enough info.
I don't know what 11 8 thai refers to. 'th' is not a transliteration of
Japanese.
There are other possibilities. Ai ni iku can mean go and see [someone].
Kawaii can mean cute.
