Ah yes. When it comes to that, if it's 14A or the equivalent, no one could object to a 16 year old watching it.
Incidentally, it occurred to me rereading this thread that I wasn't
sure whether people were recommending the live-action movie or the
anime series. (Given that the anime is 40something episodes I'm
guessing you'd prefer the movie for your purposes.)
I note that if you search for 'Nana movie' on youtube.com you can
try before you buy, so to speak :-)
