Parsing some dialogue

A friend has asked me about the following dialogue from a
textbook.

Wife: あなた明日はうちの予のサッカーの試合があるのよ。
たまには見てわったらどうなの。

Husband: …。

Wife: また知らないふりして…。ほんとにしいやんなつちゃうわ。

The question was how to parse the wife's last sentence: ほんとに...

As 口語 is not a strength of mine (neither is 文語) I thought I'd
call for help.
