My guess is that as far as the e-mail account goes, most people's would soon be maxed out, and senders would notices that their mail, including bills, was not accepted by the recipient account.
I try to do all my financial stuff on-line (there is sooo much to shred, otherwise), and have worried a bit about what happens when my computer dies. When I die, my wife just needs a list of our accounts that she can have a sighted person contact for her.
