Actually, I was waiting for an answer to my question to Nathan.
I am satisfied with his answer, that he has never seen the
formula, though it was published 55 years ago. In the while, I
tried to look for it by Google, but I could not find it. Then
it is understandable that Nathan had never seen it either. It is
amazing that something so important as a method to compare languages
in consideration of the ease to be learnt was ignored by nearly all
concerned people. At least it should have been criticised to show
its limits.
Now I am waiting for a fourth prayer from LEE, on behalf of
"Petro is play such a stupid trick." :-)
Petro.
