1) I would have translated the title, "The train FROM nowhere"

2) From the sample, it could be one of the many languages which
seem to survive without the present of the verb equivalent of "be".
Russian is close to this; check the King James version of the
Bible and you'll find they put forms of this verb in italics,
meaning they were inserted by the translators. No problem.
