You also snipped the part where he said:

"I offer no warranty on this however and I suggest you seek out a
friendly Arab infidel for confirmation."

as well as:

"Wheew...so anyway my guess as to how one might say "god doesn't
exist"
in iraqi arabic is something along the lines of [...]"

Note the "guess" clause.

I think that it's fairly clear that he isn't claiming expertise but is
simply doing his best to work out how to say the phrase with what
little information and knowledge he has of the language.

My guess is that he's crossposting to sci.lang in the hopes that those
who do know better can assist him.

It's a shame that you preferred to simply bash him, instead.
