For s with cedilla to the right (not the curly one), dental retroflex unoviced, I
have: a character in Marathi, Swedish rs as in tvärs, and Mandarin pinyin x.

For ç (cedilla to the left as the French ç), palatal unvoiced: German ch as in
ich, and Japanese h before i as in hito.
