I have no personal expertise at all. The players confirm that the
_manly_ throw has to be limp-wristed. In fact, my other neighbor who
seems to have gotten into a college and even graduated thanks to his
football expertise showed us a picture of the Beloved Incumbent during
the milliseconds after throwing a football as the textbook example of
a good, masculine followthrough.
