Perhaps one can be charitable and say he made a mistaken assumption because of
a time zone difference. The question and the allegation that I was refusing to
answer it arrived on my computer in the same mail packet.
It's 7:15 am here, while he's probably having afternoon tea, and expected me
to stay awake all night to answer his question.
