Only per definition by one Mxsmaniac. There are plenty of words which have
no one direct translation into another language. Under Mxsmaniac's
definition, then it would be impossible for any bilingual speakers. This is
clearly absurd. Clearly he needs a new definition to account for speakers
who speak two languages and can make themselves understood in both with
native or almost native fluency.
