I will not go along with that. Take the French example I gave:
four subunits, 4*3*2 = 24 permutations. Twenty-four different
distinctions? I don't buy it.

My view is: you start with what comes to your mind, then you
fill the rest in, in the order that comes to your mind.

A king-high straight remains a king-high straight, whichever
order you were dealt the cards.
