Actually not quite. 23,124651419477149933355950596413 Hz is F#
(55/4 * 2 ^ 9/12). For calculating the exact note 23 Hz is (A + 8.9...),
see my previous message. Though I guess you can just take 27.5 and
divide it by (2 root: 12) three times as you say you did.
Either way it's commendable if you did the math all by yourself.
