Sorry. not quite the last word. I forgot to add in my footnote.

[1] All of the members of my generation spoke pretty much the same whereas
the older generation on my mother's side spoke a different dialect that did
the ones on my father's side. And all of my family spoke much closer to the
rural younger generation, which I expect was due to my father leaving home
at a very young age and growing up in the urban environment.
