Reread sentence - this language will be taught in schools. OK, maybe a comma
is missing after the word 'Europish' - apologies for that Des - didn't think
this would cause too much confusion for the majority of people.

This is a hyperthetical situation, not real - I thought that was also
obvious but apparantly not.

My opinion is mostly that you don't know anything about how the EU works.

Again Des, as stated at the beginning of my posting, this is a fictional
scenario. Just in case you don't understand this, that means it's not real.
