Obviously he obtained the VISA and auxiliary cards because these
features were exactly what he needed. There are many cards to
chose from. He would have been a stupid person to go for VISA
if he didn't like their purchase authorization procedures.
I don't believe that the issuers any of the cards I've had over the
years have ever given me any kind of declaration of their "authorization
procedures". It certainly wouldn't be the first thing I'd think of when
choosing a card.
