And there was absolutely nothing remotely French about the Vietnamese fare in Little Hanoi.
I doubt S Vietnamese refugees would name their neighborhood _anything_ "Hanoi."
Why would S Vietnamese refugees be setting up a restaurant in northern Vietnam?
("Little Hanoi" is not a neighbourhood, it's the name of two restaurants in Hanoi.)
