Done here at least a couple of times in the past. See threads '"TH" in
world languages' (1999) and 'Who else has "TH"' (2003). Here's my
contribution from the former:

....and a scattering of other Austronesian languages in the Pacific,
e.g. Yapese (Micronesia), To'ambaita (Solomon Is.) have the voiceless,
Sakao (Vanuatu), Tinrin (New Caledonia), Pukapuka (Cook Islands)
have the voiced. Iaai in the Loyalty Islands has the two in contrast.
(dhöö "up, inland", thöö "to stumble").
