Thank you. Actually, one of my disappointments about the book is its
title, which wrongly suggests that it is an abridged version of
Saenz-Badillos's book. (Mr. Daniels, please try to resist the
temptation to say something nasty in response to this.) Some of the
material the two books cover is the same, but I think they also
complement each other nicely.
