Then again, nowadays 1st infinitives like "tavaa" are also common,
at least in colloquially in the Helsinki area.

Maybe Jim rather meant "äl ii ii koo liik, koo ee ee äs kees,
liikkees, äs ää ää än sään, liikkeessään" with "spelling aloud".
