She's the former First Lady of the United States, and the mother of the
current "president." She is reported to be very rude to people who
approach her in public, and she is probably responsible for the current
"president's" attitude toward people in general around the world. Last
month she notoriously commented that the hurricane refugees in the
Houston Astrodome were "probably better off" than they had been in their
homes, because they were "underprivileged."
