While a handful of additional inscriptions have been discovered since
Kent's grammar was published over 50 years ago, I don't think they've
added any new words.
Is it possible that someone simply transliterated an English message
into OPers cuneiform, and the gimmick was simply to get you to identify
the script and then read it?
And did you rule out Ugaritic? Some of the letters are similar in the
two scripts.
