Unfortunately, that was the first thing I tried, with no luck.

'Fraid it definitely isn't Ugaritic.

Interestingly, it contains one symbol, sort of like a "K", which looks
like Old Persian but isn't. I'm not sure whether to treat it as a K, a
null, or an indicator of a fake message.
