Dunno. It morns behind the hills, high beer needed for seeing isable.
I said "slowly" not to make any astronomical claim but only to utilize
powers of a poetic warrant.

P.S.
In fact it so happens that I am almost exactly the same distance from
the equator as NYC (I presume that's somewhere where you are),
i.e. at 41 degrees latitude.
The sun will therefore morn and even at a similar speed and time
taking account of (approximately) 6 month offset, of course.
