My source was one of the best there could be, an actual film
recording of the crowning ceremony in one of the episodes
of "British Empire in colour".
However, the actual process of "quoting" might not have been
100% reliable. I wrote the words down about three weeks ago
and since then I erased the episode from my PVR's hard disk.
I am surprised that the very slowly speaking Archbishop of C.
swallowed the articles. :-)
Admitedly, my primary goal was to record the list of kingdoms
(queendoms?) in the oath.
BTW, I believe (most of) the mentioned countries have not been
Dominions for a couple of generations or so. You may use
generic "dominions" but not "Dominions" as you did, and
certainly not "Colonies".
